On Wednesday, July 23rd, we will be departing at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM right
outside the main terminal of Fargo airport address is 2801 32nd Ave. N., Fargo, ND 58102.

Please remember to bring your electronic confirmation and your driver's license. Your license
will be used to crosscheck the passenger list.
We encourage you to limit your luggage to 1 large duffel bag (for tents and camping
equipment) and a day pack, that can be carried on the bus. One cooler can be brought for
perishables; however iced coolers can not be accepted.
Upon arrival, there will be drop off locations for each campground (Northwoods, Lake Sallie,
Blue Ox, Viking, and VIP). There is no need to purchase a Vehicle Reservation pass. There
will be reserved areas for riders in each campground or you can just meet up with your friends
at their campsite, by using the golf cart "taxi" system!
We will be leaving the 10,000 Lakes Festival at 11:00AM and arriving at the Fargo Airport at
Noon, Sunday, July 27th.
Please NOTE: The buses must leave as scheduled on Wednesday and Sunday; we can not
wait for stragglers, so please be on time. If you would like to propose alternative departure
times or need extra support, please just email us! We can try to make specific arrangements
for you. For example, we will have staff on-site all weekend with vans that can be utilized to
pick travelers up who are delayed, who arrive Saturday/Sunday or who must return
Saturday/Sunday.
Please be 18 and over. Please do not bring dogs/animals. Last minute "walk ups" can not
be accepted, so please be sure to book your trip in advance.
