MrBusDriver is providing several transportation solutions to ROTHBURY! Charter Bus options are
departing from Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Lansing, AND though out the Grand Rapids Area -
including (Airport/Amtrak Station/Bus Station/Muskegon Airport and Muskegon Ferry)!
For MrBusDriver riders, the festival organizers have set aside a VERY VERY NICE, separate area for you in
the "No Car Camping" area to help make your arrival/departure more convenient, to improve your
camping experience, and to help you be in the best location as possible at the site!! We will also have
special road access onto the site for easy arrivals and departures.
THURSDAY JULY 1st - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS: Please be assured, if you received an order
confirmation, you are good to go! And, you definitely have a ride! Itinerarys have been emailed out to
you. If you have not received one - don't panic! Its probably because we don't have your Arrival and
Departure information from the Airport/Train/Bus Station you are traveling to/from, so please re-email it to
us and we will send out your itinerary ASAP!
We are no longer taking orders as we are headed up to the Festival - see you there!
ALL CHICAGO TRAVELERS PLEASE NOTE: In order to conserve our carbon footprint and accommodate
as many travelers as possible, we have changed the departure time to 5:45 PM on Thursday, July 3rd. We
apologize if this change causes any inconvenience.
GRAND RAPIDS / MUSKEGON LOOP RIDERS: To try to accommodate as many people as we can and to
limit our carbon foot-print as much as possible, we have decided the Launch Times from the Grand Rapids
Airport will be 10:30AM, 3:15PM and 7:45PM. To find the bus - A MrBusDriver Representative (with a Sign)
will meet you at the baggage claim area and direct you outside to the Bus.
So you all are in the loop, We will launch each Bus from the Airport: 10:30AM, 3:15PM, and 7:45PM
After boarding at the Airport, it will take approx. 20 minutes to get to the Grand Rapids Train Station.
After boarding at the Train Station, it will approx. 5 minutes to get to the Grand Rapids Bus Station.
After boarding at the Bus Station, it will take approx. 45 minutes to Muskegon Airport
After boarding at the Airport, it will take approx. 20 minutes to get to the Ferry!
THEN, its off ROTHBURY - approx. 45 minutes
Total Travel Time of the Loop: Approx - 2.5 hours depending on traffic!
Please know, you will be provided with an emergency contact number in your Travel Itinerary. Because
air travel is not that reliable as of late, if you get delayed, simply call the number on your Itinerary to get
placed on the next available shuttle. And, please don't worry - we have made arrangements to have a
VAN, if needed, to run the loop on Thursday night, so that no one gets stranded and you get to the
festival safely and as soon as possible!
